This program is for anyone desiring to start a business but unsure where to start. I give you all of the tools that I used to start my businesses after the franchise. I have tailored it specifically to veterans because I want to help people in my community avoid the traps that I fell into.

Why is it application-only?

Because I'm hands-on with every participant. I only teach 25 veterans at a time to make sure everyone gets the attention they deserve. The application process ensures every seat is filled by someone who is serious about building something real.

Why only four cohorts?

Outside of Veteran Business Blueprint, I coach businesses locally here in Memphis, coach my daughter's softball team and my son's football team, and I'm building a social enterprise using the exact model I teach in this course.

After the fourth cohort, this format ends so I can focus on those priorities.

Seven weeks of live, online training. Sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes and in advance so you can plan around them. Additionally, each week has self-paced exercises and implementation work to complete between sessions. While completion time varies by individual, you can expect to spend 5-7 hours on this program each week.

Yes, there are free programs, and I'll be the first to encourage you to use them if that's where you are.

Most programs have a single focus. I've designed Veteran Business Blueprint to be what I would have wanted before I spent $90,000 just to join a franchise... not including vehicles, equipment, staff salaries, and everything else that followed.

If I'd had the right mindset, a funding plan that didn't require me to leverage most of my assets, a real path to scale, and a support group of people who understood what I was building, my story would be completely different.

The free resources I'm aware of (Boots to Business and others) are explicitly marketed as an "initial introduction" to entrepreneurship. That's not a criticism. That's their purpose.

The purpose of this course is for veterans to leave in 7 weeks potentially going from no idea to a legal business entity with a custom business plan, a custom funding plan, a sales pipeline, and, most importantly, a success mindset. 

If you're not ready to start a business, want something free, or are looking for a shortcut, I genuinely encourage you to take advantage of those free resources first. There's no shame in it.

I paid $90,000 to join a franchise. Then another $160,000 on vehicles and equipment. And what I got in return was a system that didn't care about me as an individual.
